People often ask me how I got involved in Cebu Bloggers Society. I usually say it's because I had too much time in social media. That is pretty much the truth, but only part of it because I was still in College at that time. My first meet-up with the CBS members happened on October 2008 at Waterfront Hotel & Casino and then on ASUS Overclock Show last May 2009.Why social media you might ask? Regardless of how you feel about the possible outcome of the upcoming 2010 Presidential election, it would be impossible to miss that social media will play a big part for this. Hope that this will be a great mental leap to realize that social media like blogging could be helpful in getting the word out about all Cebu has to offer.
We have a great team and I think that's the key to CBS' success!
