Cebu Local Hair Care is the chosen keywords for the Hair.ph local SEO contest open to all Cebu-based bloggers. They just recently launched their website as a pioneer in an online hair magazine that will offer free beauty tips about hair care and how to have a beautiful hair to their local audience. If you're living within Cebu and want to have a beautiful hair without leaving your home or without having a salon consultation, hair care is now possible online. One best feature in their website is, you can ask a piece of hair advice to Carrie Hairshaw (aka Charo Santos) about hair related treatments, stories and problems.
