Friendster IM officially launched its Instant Messaging feature last February 18 released in Alpha Version - meaning the developers are generally testing the software with the client and the test environment is not open for the end user. That's why the feature is currently available only in the US and Singapore. The intended users like the Indonesians and the Filipinos which dominates the Friendster globally are still waiting for this feature to be available to them upon logging-in.Too late for the friendster developers because almost all social networks does have this feature already.
