It cost for about 4,500.00 Pesos but it's price-worthy since its current market standard price as of now, is roughly from 7,000 - 9,000 Pesos and also, in some certain stores here in Cebu where I shopped.
Personally, I think the design is brilliant. The sleek styling also makes for a very pocket friendly piece of kit. The sleek lines and ultra-low profile styling of SimpleTech's memory devices were designed by Pininfarina, the very same design firm that gives Ferrari sports cars their stylish edge.
It weighs 165g (slight heavy than a Nokia N95 Phone) and use the USB 2.0 standard for data transfer. The dimensions of 80 x 125 x 20mm is typical for one of these drives. And all my files are stored here from Adobe Photoshop CS3, Movies, Pictures, my fave Videos to Conquer Online (Name them... I have it here in my lil gadget). So, wherever I go, I'll always bring this with me.
This has an Anti-Scratch feature. Some similar HDD like Western Digital (WD) Portable hard drive, it's worth remembering that the shiny look is desirable but isn't necessarily the most practical for everyday life as it's prone to scratches. This drive is noticeably sturdier than the WD drive so at least it will stay in one piece even if it is covered in scratches.
